Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is my main concern!

If you are not completely satisfied with the fit of your bracelet, return it within 15 days of receipt and I will re-strand it one time for free.  After the warranty period, there is an $10 re-strand fee. 

If your custom designed jewelry is not what you expect, I will work with you to change it to meet your needs.

All pieces have a 6 month warranty for breakage with normal wear.
